Return and Exchange Policy


We will gladly only accept defective unused merchandise within 20 days of original purchase date.

All returns are subject to verification of original sale. We reserve the right to limit returns regardless of receipt.

All items must be returned by mail.

Merchandise may only be returned in the country in which it was originally purchased.

No returns or exchanges on Custom Ordered, Pre-ordered & Seasonal merchandise as well as gift wrapping services.

With the original sales receipt

If the return is within 20 days of purchase, we will mail you back a new item or you will receive a full refund in the original form of payment if we don’t currently have in stock the same item.

After 20 days you will receive the current selling price of the merchandise in the form of a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits cannot be redeemed for cash or used toward payment of credit cards.

Without the original sales receipt:

You will receive the current selling price of the merchandise in the form of a merchandise credit. Merchandise credits cannot be redeemed for cash or used toward payment of credit cards.


Price Adjustments:

No price adjustment will be honored on any products or services sold by Heart 2 Gifts.


Shipping and Delivery Policy


For all products you will be advised of your shipping charges when ordering. You may choose a regular parcel or express shipping service option.

Shipping Information

We will ship your order, directly to the address of your choice. In-stock merchandise will normally arrive within 7-10 business days using a regular ground service. Additional charges may apply for remote areas.

Although you may receive an Order Number, orders are not fully processed until we can validate your credit card and address information. If we have difficulty validating this information your order may be delayed. If we are unable to verify this information, we will not accept your order and you will receive a cancel confirmation email message.

You can provide special delivery instructions in the Additional Information field found on the payment and review screen during the check out process. These instructions may include where to leave your package if you are not home (eg. a neighbour’s house, the backdoor, etc).

Orders will ship via Canada Post or Purolator depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.

Shipment is at the customer’s own risk and Heart 2 Gift’s responsibility shall not be engaged.

Please note: business days do not include weekends. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Steps for returns (Defective unused merchandise only)

Return by Mail

Simply pack up the item(s) you’d like to return and follow the instructions below:

Contact us and request a Return Form, complete this form and attach the original bill of sale.

Include all labels provided with your order.

Include your contact information in case we need to contact you regarding your return.

Pack your merchandise with the return form securely inside and ship it back using the shipper of your choice to our PO BOX address below:

We recommend selecting an insured mail service; we are not responsible for items that we do not receive.

You are responsible for the paying postage; Collect on delivery will not be accepted.

We cannot refund original or return shipping fees, unless required by law.

Refunds are only issued to the credit card used when the order was originally placed.

Ship the package back using the shipper of your choice.

Please note: No refund/credit will be given for shipping and handling charges,
unless a defect is found in the purchased product or it is a shipping error.
 Merchandise returned must adhere to the Returns Policy.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your return to be processed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for refunds to post on your account.


Exceptions & Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned:

Seasonal items (e.g. Easter, Halloween, Christmas, etc.), customized products such as personalized jewellery, event decor items, personalized magnetic boards, cards, notepads, bookmarks, stickers, envelops & magnets.
